What it is
A booking system for businesses that run on appointments — salons and barbers, clinic front desks, tutors and trainers. Clients book themselves in, staff see the day as it really is, and nobody keeps the diary on paper. It is in development.
What it does
- Clients book themselves — A booking page with the business's services, prices and free times, in Arabic or English — no phone call needed to find a slot.
- A calendar for each person — Every member of staff has their own day, so a booking goes to the right chair, room or teacher and never to two places at once.
- Reminders before the visit — A message shortly before each appointment, so fewer people forget and fewer slots go empty.
- Walk-ins and changes — Add a walk-in, move a booking or cancel one from a phone behind the counter.
- What the diary adds up to — Bookings, no-shows and the busiest hours, by day and by member of staff.
