What it is

An ERP for small businesses — shops, distributors, workshops and offices — that puts stock, invoices, accounts and staff in one system, in Arabic and English. It is built in modules, so a business starts with what it needs and adds the rest when it is ready. It is in development.

What it does

• Inventory — Items with their barcodes, units and prices; stock in every branch and storeroom, and transfers between them; counts from a phone, and a warning before anything runs out.
• Sales and purchases — Quotations, sales and purchase invoices and returns, and the customers and suppliers behind them — with what each one owes, or is owed, always up to date.
• E-invoicing through JoFotara — Built to send each invoice through JoFotara, Jordan's national e-invoicing system, as it is issued — with no second entry on the tax department's portal.
• Accounts — Every sale, purchase and payment recorded in the accounts as it happens, with profit and loss, balance sheet and sales tax reports ready for the accountant.
• Staff attendance and leave — Clocking in from a phone, leave requests and balances, and staff records with a reminder before any contract or ID expires.
