Inventory System

What it is

A stock system for shops, workshops and small warehouses: what came in, what went out, and what is left in each branch — known at any moment rather than at the next count. It is in development.

What it does

• Every item, every branch — Items with their barcodes, units and prices, and the quantity on hand in each branch or storeroom.
• Purchases and suppliers — Deliveries recorded against the order they came from, so what was paid for and what arrived can be compared.
• Low-stock alerts — A minimum for each item, and a warning when stock falls below it.
• Stock counts — Count a shelf from a phone and see the difference from what the system expected.
• Transfers between branches — Move stock from one branch to another and keep both counts right.
